Papercut Lab accepts returns of merchandise within 30 days of receiving your products. All returns must be in “like-new” condition, complete with ALL original packaging and have been purchased directly from www.katriscat.com.
1. Contact Customer Service at email@example.com to inform us that you would like to return your item(s).
2. Verify that the item(s) are clean, in “like-new” condition and with ALL packing material.
3. Repackage the item(s) in the same manner as they were received.
4. Ship the box to the address provided by Customer Service.
Papercut Lab donates most returned KATRIS products to no-kill animal shelters through our giving back program, so please be sure that everything is clean and in “like-new” condition. Any return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
If returned items don’t meet the above return criteria they are subject to a restocking fee. Returns without prior authorization provided by KATRIS Customer Service may not be accepted or may be subject to restocking fees.
