Returns & Refunds

Papercut Lab accepts returns of merchandise within 30 days of receiving your products. All returns must be in “like-new” condition, complete with ALL original packaging and have been purchased directly from www.katriscat.com. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Instructions

1. Contact Customer Service at customerservice@katriscat.com to inform us that you would like to return your item(s).
2. Verify that the item(s) are clean, in “like-new” condition and with ALL packing materials.
3. Repackage the item(s) in the same manner as they were received.
4. Ship the box to the address provided by Customer Service.
5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

We will NEVER resell any returned or refurbished KATRIS product. 

Papercut Lab donates most returned KATRIS products to no-kill animal shelters through our giving back program, so please be sure that everything is clean and in “like-new” condition. Any return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.  

If returned items don’t meet the above return criteria, they will be subject to a restocking fee. Returns without prior authorization provided by KATRIS Customer Service may not be accepted or may be subject to restocking fees.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@katriscat.com. Once we reply with instructions, you can send your item to:
